    As a fresh university student, I was given the chance by NATEK to start my professional life. I am in daily touch with people from all over the Europe which allows me to improve my language and communication skills. With some individuals it is hard to cooperate therefore I have learnt how to assertively work with different cultures and conventions. Participating on several various IT-recruiting projects has broadly widen my general IT knowledge and awareness of European IT labour market and its rules. I have also opportunties to taste a bit of PR by taking part in job fairs and a bit of marketing by my occasional creative contributions. As well, thanks to my great colleagues I have found out what the real teamwork is. Every day is different and every day I do my best to manage my duties better:

    - sourcing candidates from external and internal databases
    - headhunting on social networks
    - conducting in-depth screening for potentional candidates
    - managing the full recruiting process for selected positions
    - researching (creating strategy, compiling reports and summaries of gathered data)
    - supporting customers´ requirements
    - participation on job fairs
    - occasional creative support for marketing team
