In charge of Finance/HR/IT Departments of the project Mochovce in Slovakia (big project>150MEUR). This project is the construction of Reactors 3&4 of Nuclear Power Plant. I'm managing 12 peoples.

- Follow up of the budget of the M6 motorway project from Budapest to Pecs, Hungaria
- Supervision of the Reporting for Central Europe department (CZ, SK, HU, PL, GER, AUT, CRO, SLO, RO)

• Responsible for the cash management of the Group Hospitality: Cash flow reports, Forecast at 3 months, cash pooling with Luxembourg, Intercompany loans agreements, bank loans agreements, optimization of the working capital,…

• And of the consolidated packages: Implementation of Group Accounting Policies + management/control of the Consolidated packages in IFRS (CAPEX, Cash flow, P/L, BS, Equity) for all the companies (21) + supervision of the audits.

• Responsible for accounting, monthly/annual closing and consolidation

• Development project : look for new factory to manage the increase of the activity for 2006-2007 (turnover will increase per 3)

• Implementation of ERP in our subsidiary : Axapta

• Treasury and cash management

• Tax management

• Reporting:
- Monthly closing .
- Budget and forecast

• Business Controlling

• Management of 3 peoples

• Consolidation:
o Semestrial establishment of Consolidation Packages (French GAAP + IFRS).
o 7 Companies in total (5 in Czech Republic, 2 in Slovakia).

• Reporting:
o Control & Synthesis of Turnover, Margins, Personal & General Expenses and Stocks.

• Business Controlling:
o Monthly Closure of Carrefour SK: Control & Accounting of each line of the P&L.

• EBIT:
o Calculation per Rayon.
o Recommendations, Implementation and Follow up of Action Plans.
